- You cannot take a picture: maybe memory card is full. Move the pictures to a computer and erase the memory card, or delete pictures that you do not need, or switch to a smaller image size.
- A delay occurs between your pressing the shutter button and the shutter opening. In this case, you could miss fleeting expressions.
- Control which part of the scene the camera will focus on:� Read your user guide.� Understand how focus works in various exposure modes.
- Focus lamp blinks when you press the shutter button halfway down. Camera may be having trouble focusing.
- If flash photos are too dark, you are probably too far from the subject. Most built-in flash units are good only up to about ten feet. They don’t have the power to illuminate subjects much father than that.
- Photos are too light when using flash:� Reduce the flash power.
- Pictures are blurred:� Hold the camera steady as you smoothly press the shutter. You are too close to the subject, or the subject might be moving too fast.
- A no-no:� Taking pictures of hte sun or other objects that are bright. You will injure your eyes, and the sensors.
